With Christ, this is not so. His word in the scriptures both acknowledges the impact of sin and death in our lives and saves us from them. In this final session, Pastor Kincaid encourages us to foster the relations we have now with family, friends, and neighbors. By praying for and supporting each other, we walk the path Christ has set out for us. Pastor Kristian Kincaid has lived through substantial loss, mourning the death of seven different family members, but during all of these sorrows he found comfort in God's promises to him and his family. It can seem as if we are trapped and bound by our grief, unable to see Christ’s light, but Pastor Kincaid wants us to know that Christ is always there, bringing the comfort of His promise in the resurrection.
