'Living with Grief' invites you to look to Christ, and only to Christ, through all of life’s hard times. Get the book today: https://www.cph.org/p-33513-living-with-grief-bound-by-sorrow-wrapped-in-comfort.aspx This session addresses grief in the family and the spiritual effects of grief. Managing pain or loss as a family can be a great challenge, but pastor Kincaid reminds us that familial reconciliation and growth is possible with Christ the cornerstone. He also covers both the typical physical effects grief has on the body and the less frequently considered spiritual impact that grief can have. Pastor Kristian Kincaid has lived through substantial loss, mourning the death of seven different family members, but during all of these sorrows he found comfort in God's promises to him and his family. It can seem as if we are trapped and bound by our grief, unable to see Christ’s light, but Pastor Kincaid wants us to know that Christ is always there, bringing the comfort of His promise in the resurrection.
