Christians aren't excluded from the grief of the world, but in every encounter with sin and death we can rejoice in Christ the victor. Sometimes we question our faith, wondering where Christ could possibly be in the midst of this mess or why Christ would let someone pass in this way. Pastor Kristian Kincaid has lived through substantial loss, mourning the death of seven different family members, but during all of these sorrows he found comfort in God's promises to him and his family. It can seem as if we are trapped and bound by our grief, unable to see Christ’s light, but Pastor Kincaid wants us to know that Christ is always there, bringing the comfort of His promise in the resurrection.
