4 C P H . O R G A B O U T T H E AU T H O R Dr. Andrew E. Steinmann is the Distinguished Professor of Theology and Hebrew at Concordia University Chicago. His research interests are focused on Hebrew, Aramaic, apocalyptic literature, wisdom literature, and biblical chronology. Throughout his career, Dr. Steinmann has written over 50 articles and book reviews that have been published in national and international journals. He holds a PhD in Near Eastern studies from the University of Michigan, an MDiv from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
